|Recommended: YesPros out way the cons, but they’re still there — I love the people living here, I love the ward, and I love the location, but that’s where it ends. The pros of living here out way the cons, but there’s still bad things. Managers are terrible at communicating are rude and unprofessional. They blame tenants for things that they didn’t do and maintenance requests don’t get done for months after you’ve emailed them, if then. Managers will just show up to your apartment and corner you. Managers chose favorites and help them more than the rest. Overall we need new managers to make this place as great as it could be.

I try my very best to be personable and loving with every one of my tenants, in fact I can tell you almost everyone's names and I try hard to make everyone feel seen and loved. If you ever feel uncomfortable, please let me know. I do everything in my power to go above and beyond for my tenants and with my day to day duties, but I know I can't make everyone happy. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to try and be better. Any feedback is good feedback.

|Recommended: NoOverall its ok, I suggest something on campus. — Living here is ok. Internet is slow, you can hear your neighbors and everyone is in and out of the place.
Hey Anna, thanks for giving us your review. You're right, Heritage is OLD and building is the one thing we can't change. However, WiFi optic cables were replaced this past summer so if your WiFI is slow I'm worried it's your router. Please submit a maintenance request and we'll see what we can do about that.
|Recommended: YesI just love the environment. — This place makes you feel like you have a family. The dorms are pretty big. The living room is fairly big. Just an over all amazing place to live.

|Recommended: YesOverall a good place except the white glove clean check — This apartment complex has really tough white glove, and they will charge on your resident portal without showing the details of the charge, I never got charged for white glove in any other apartments that I lived before and I spent the longest time to clean this apartment because it's a quite old building with many old stains that are hard to clean. However, people live here are very nice and there are many fun activities held by the apartment.
Hey Enni, You're right WHITE GLOVES are the WORST. (For the tenants and us as the managers.) We have some solutions and we are migrating to a different system for white glove checks that will hopefully allow everyone to understand why we do things and give everyone a chance to fix missed cleaning items before we charge. Cleaning services were implemented last semester, and that was a request from multiple tenants. Overall, it's supposed to help but we hope to get better!
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I really like it here at Heritage so far. The only thing is that there is so few parking spots and the parking lot is super squished so it's sometimes hard to get out easily.
That's where booting comes in. We are so happy we have someone to make sure that only tenants who paid for a pass is here taking up spots in the parking lot. Unfortunately, we can't build more parking spaces but we can do all we can to maintain and organize the spots we do have. Thanks for the time you took giving us your feedback!
|Recommended: YesIts really nice I love how everyone is so connected here and so friendly. — I would tell them that it was a lot of fun and that the apartment itself was nice as well. The management is always good with helping me whenever I have had problems. So far it has been really fun to be here and I am excited to come back another semester

|Recommended: YesCannot fit in parking spaces. — I live here because my friends do, but the apartments are really old. The floors creak and there is no AC. The parking spots are too small.
The complex is very social and the club house is the nicest part of the whole place.
At least your friends are here. The rest of your input makes sense - Heritage has been here so 1986, so yes - it's definitely old. That's what makes it "Heritage" (; Thanks for your feedback Alyse!
|Recommended: YesTHE Place to Live — Heritage apartments are a great place to live. The appliances are up-to-date and the living atmosphere is super inviting. They're located close to campus and there is always something fun going on.
