|Recommended: YesThe property is great — it is a great environment with a lot of friendly people. It is in the perfect place to make it to classes on time and it is easy to just cross the road and the campus is right there.

|Recommended: YesLivable, Needs Bathrooms Redone, Not Complaining Too Much — Imagine living somewhere that meets all the amenities of life. It's nothing spectacular like Trump Hotel, but its worth your money. As a six foot five tall man, and a tourist to France, I can say that the toilets and the showerheads need work. I can't fit on the toilet as it is sized perfectly for a prepubescent boy and not for a full sized man. The showerheads are better, they do not require any bending over or lunges if you are under 5 foot ten, but they still aren't the greatest. Considering what I paid, I am somewhat satisfied. There is a laundry machine dryer in the suite along with a dishwasher, oven with vent, and a single fridge. Laundry is a bit small but it works. I am happy man.
That's pretty good review for someone that knows his stuff! Sorry about all the extra short things. We'd be happy to install a taller shower head! Trevor is swift to respond to maintenance requests like that!

|Recommended: YesThe apartments themselves are very nice and well maintained. There is limited parking and the apartments nearby are noisy but that isn't something that can really be controlled. — I would recommend these apartments to others because of their convenient location near campus but I would not recommend a room on the first floor because there is lots of noise from foot traffic and cars.

|Recommended: YesAPT 216 Review — It is an amazing apartment. There is plenty of room in each bedroom and the kitchen living room is amazing. It is super close to campus so it is easy to get to if you need to run back to get something. I recommend all freshman to live here.

|Recommended: YesThe property is very beautiful with minimal issues. — The apartments are in a great spot and the people living there are so fun. The parking is a bit of an issue, because the parking lot is relatively small for the amount of people living at Heritage. Overall it is a great apartment and I would use Heritage again.

|Recommended: YesIts a fun place to be. — Everyone is friendly and it really has that neighborly vibe to it. I feel welcome and I am always seeing happy people around me. Its got this spiritual atmosphere that you can't find most places.

|Recommended: YesThis has been great. — The living space is decent for the maximum number of people living in an apartment. It is hard to fit six peoples food in one fridge and freezer, although doable. The carpets are a bit rundown, but maintenance does its best to respond quickly to any requests sent in. The beds are very high up which is nice for storage space underneath. You have one pretty long closet to share with your Roomate, two bathrooms, two sinks, a large mirror and lots of drawers in the kitchen and bathroom area to deviate amongst all your roommates. Heritage also has a washer and dryer for each apartment which is such a blessing The managers are amazing They are so kind and understanding. I didn't hear any of our neighbors except for scraping of chairs and banging from the top floor we gave them some pads to go under their chairs and didn't have much more of a problem and the banging didn't bother us much . Overall I loved living at Heritage The ward and people there are down to earth and just kind people. Its also pretty close to campus and I love how the mens and womans living complexes are so close. The living is not overly fancy but neither is it overly run down. In my opinion, its about perfect for college students.

|Recommended: YesHeritage is aa sociable, close to campus, and good quality apartments — Heritage is a good place to live if you want to live close to campus and if you want a washer dryer in the apartment. The WIFI is not the best because sometimes it will go out randomly so it can be a pain. The apartments do not have air conditioning and normally this is not an issue, but this summer is was hotter than normal so this was not fun. The apartments could use an upgrade with air conditioning. One nice thing is that they just recently got Amazon Fire tvs and they are a huge upgrade from the old tvs.
