|Recommended: YesOutdated and Needs Attention — The people here are great, but the facility, in my opinion, needs more attention. There has always been mold on the ceiling and window seal. Even after white glove clean checks, it was never taken care of by the mangers.
The bathrooms could be updated a bit or expanded. I don't know if I'm fat, but I am always knocking every bottle off of the shelf in the shower because it is that narrow. It is useable though which is great. Fixable things right now... I would get a new shower head because the original does not do the job...it's like a yard hose on half power. The other thing is to just clean the mold in between semesters to make sure the next tenants have a healthier environment...Because there is allot.....
I did enjoy that there was a washer and dryer in the apartment. That can be rare when looking at apartments. I also enjoyed the tall beds that provided allot of storage for my totes and other supplies needed at college. I think the shelving in the rooms is great as well. Heritage is very good with personal rooming storage, but I think the kitchen could use at least a mini fridge. Or just another fridge if possible. More cabinets would be good too, but I do understand that it could crowd the apartment. It was difficult finding space for food, especially the perishable that needed to be in the fridge.
I loved living here and I would still recommend to friends because of the great atmosphere, but I do think that the facility itself needs more attention to make it a healthier better place for students.

|Recommended: YesGreat apartment, loved the activities — It's pretty great because you live so close to campus and I love that the manager, Sydnee, takes the time to try to know everyone's name in the complex and we have weekly walk-through Wednesdays where we get snacks

|Recommended: YesThe property is great, a little expensive for the small rooms, but it does have a great location — Great for freshman and first year students. Super great social atmosphere, but the rooms are small and are shared. For the price it is a little expensive, but if you are a freshman and need friends, this is the place to go.
