|Recommended: YesGood Location — Overall, it's a good spot. Close to campus. Cozy apartments. Fun environment.
Biggest complaint would be the parking. We all had COVID and were in quarantine for about 10 days. A buddy of mine stopped by to drop off some groceries in the early evening. He was parked for maybe 5 minutes and got a boot.

|Recommended: YesIt is great location wise and has a chill environment — Heritage is a nice place to live, the location is perfect for campus, and the people here are all generally very kind and friendly. I like that the apartments open up directly to the outside and that the windows actually open here unlike the last place I was at. The grounds are nice and well kept and the apartments themselves are fairly nice and in good quality. I do wish there were two fridges for how many people are in one apartment, and also a few things are a little old that give some minor problems here and there, but other than that it's a great place to stay at.

|Recommended: YesHeritage is the place to be — I have only lived at Heritage Apartments since I moved to Rexburg, and I have not been disappointed. I LOVE the social atmosphere and how friendly everyone is here. Everyone is willing to help and become friends
The managers here are so sweet and willing to help
Plus we are right off of campus so it does not take a really long time to walk to class

|Recommended: YesGood student housing — This is an above average apartment, there are obviously some things that aren't good like only having one fridge or some of the drawers not working. But to be able to have washer, dryer, parking, a study room, and also have it that close to campus is amazing for the price.
