|Recommended: NoMeh. Live some where else — I would tell them to live some where else. It is not worth it. Yes it is close to campus but it's not worth it. I would rather walk a mile in a blizzard than live in the craziness of Heritage.

|Recommended: YesI really like the location — Its a great place to live and the manager always try to come up with great activities especially during covid The only downside is the complex is older, but overall its a great place to live.

|Recommended: NoCharming but not worth it — While the location and ward is amazing, I was not impressed with much else.
Two top things I did not like about it
1. Manager. Sydney is great for wanting a friend, but by far not pleased with her as a manager. Any issue I had generally with roommates and honor code violations , I was told they could do nothing about but from a different apartment complex I know that to be false.
2. Upkeep of apartment. The overall place is great, but it's a little less nice then what I was expecting, especially for the price. There are no doors or curtains on the closets and the rooms are a little snug, not unbearable, just snug,
Two top things I did enjoy
1. I loved the location If you don't have a car it's especially good because campus is close and there are a few things to do right around the corner.
2. The ward is fantastic And there are lots of social things to do
Hey Nicola, Thank you for your honest review. We are a pretty old building but I'd love to talk more with you to find out what maintenance we can fix for you. Meanwhile, I wish I could know more about the experience you say I was inaccurate with. Please give me a call when you can! I understand I'm not liked by everyone and that is TOTALLY ok. It's more important that you feel the social environment- I'm glad that the ward is as awesome as it is and that the location helps you get around campus.
|Recommended: YesFun place good atmosphere. thin walls tho — It's an awesome place as far as the complex goes. the individual apartments have zero sound proof-y-ness. I can hear my annoying roommate doing his pushups every morning even though we have two doors between us. so get quiet roommates and this will be the perfect place for you.

|Recommended: YesLots of activities, great manager — The manager is really nice and there are lots of fun activities and opportunities to meet people in the complex. The complex is right very close to the I-Center and MC. The apartments are nice, the only thing I dislike it that there is not a lot of fridge and freezer room for 6 people with different meal plans, and not much storage room in general.
That's the most common complaint we receive! However, we do allow mini fridges which tend to work out well for lots of people. Also, I know you're worried about storage and we do have free storage available for tenants during the semesters and between semesters if needed! Thank you for your honest feedback Miriam!
