|Recommended: YesDecent place to live. — The community is great and everyone is super nice. Sometimes they can be slow on maintenance when a request can be put in but when they do come and do it it is usually very quick. Nice place right off of campus. Overall I would recommend.

|Recommended: YesThey are nice apartments. The parking is a little tight and is often times hard to park due to size. — It is a nice place to live with the different ameneties it has to offer. The staff seems professional and prompt in resolving concerns.

|Recommended: YesThe property is lovely, has a welcoming environment. — The people here are amazing. They are so loving and helpful. The apartments are nice, the kitchen can seem a bit squishy for food storage but that problem can be fixed by purchasing a storage rack you could easily put into the entry closet.

|Recommended: YesIt is a good value for the price., — It's the perfect mid-price place. Not to expensive but not cheap. Generally well taken care of without being super flashy. The walls are a little thin, but that's not a huge problem if your neighbors aren't loud.

|Recommended: YesHeritage is a nice place to live if you want to be close to campus — Management and maintenance do not get things done that needed to be done. Often things don't work or are broken and never get fixed, despite us putting in multiple maintenance requests and speaking directly to management maintenance. The social atmosphere and location are really nice though.

Herb tries to keep every one of our residents satisfied and if anything is missed I can usually bring it to his attention and he can be over within the hour. |Recommended: YesOverall good the details is where is gets a little iffy on quality. I don't know for sure if it is cause from users or from past problems — I love the location because of how close it is to campus and that is what you pay for.

|Recommended: YesGood place to live — Heritage is great looking. It has been kept up nicely and they expect you to continue that during your stay. The staff I have met are kind, but they were slow to respond when my roommate submitted a request. Everything else is very good and the atmosphere and wards are great. I also love the location.

|Recommended: YesHomey — The environment and apartments themselves at Heritage feel very home-y, they are clean and well-maintained, the only problem is difficulty finding parking. Managers are very good as well

|Recommended: YesIts location is amazing, and it's a fun place. — I would say that it's really nice because you're so close to campus- you can get to so many buildings really quickly. It's also fun to live there because there are some amazing people you meet, the living space is just what you need, and the club house is a fun place to get together with a group of friends. Sometimes the living space seems a little small, but that's usually after a day of staying inside the whole time. The fire pit outside is really nice to use, and the amenities are great it's so nice having a washer and dryer, and the fitness rooms are close for whenever you want to go.

|Recommended: YesHomely and adequate — It's really nice being close to campus and there are lots of good people here. The management makes sure that all the residents have a good time and that the atmosphere is positive and inclusive.
