|Recommended: NoLocation is the best quality — The location and fellow residents are the only reason I have stayed so long. The building is old and you can tell. Maintaince is needed often, but is very slow to be resolved, if ever.. Management is not great, and relies on handling situations over the phone or in person. Heritage will charge you for every little thing and give little explanation on why. Parking is impossible to find the first week of the semester before booting starts and is limited. So get your parking pass asap.
The social atmosphere seems to be top priority for the manager.

|Recommended: YesI would give it an 8 — Heritage has a great atmosphere and social life You feel like you can be yourself and people accept you for you. The management is really friendly and kind. Always coming up with creative ideas to get us to be and become more social. However, Maintenance can improve. If you have a problem sometimes you have to wait for them to get back to you which can be weeks or the whole semester. So you end up fixing it yourself.

|Recommended: YesI think Heritage is a great place to live for anyone looking for quality housing. — Heritage has a welcoming, friendly atmosphere, plus it's so close to campus, I've lived here for a couple semesters already and I keep wanting to come back each semester, I like living here.

|Recommended: YesMuch better than expected — If you’re living under someone, be prepared for constant stomping and creaking. But it’s okay The community is great, I have always heard great things but was worried. I have been pleasantly surprised, and am really enjoying the place It is smaller than other places, but i’ve only lived in Centre Square, which was a much bigger place. Otherwise, it’s great

|Recommended: YesGreat Community, Great Roommates — The social atmosphere is amazing But we’ve been having some troubles with parking passes and maintenance requests. We need help on three of our appliances, and it’s the second week of the semester.

|Recommended: YesClean, timely, and professional but FUN — I love this apartment complex It is super social, and there is always something to do. I love the cleanliness and the professional environment but it still is fun all the time. I love all the activities and the friendships that have been made.
