|Recommended: YesHeritage is the best student housing in Rexburg — It's close to campus, my ward is great, and it's a friendly environment. Heritage is the perfect balance of social and responsible. It's clean, the landscaping on the property is beautiful, and there are many great amenities.

|Recommended: YesIt is nice, but the parking lot in the winter could use some help — It is very close to campus and you can meet a lot of cool and fun people.

|Recommended: NoI like Herb. I like Sydney. — Its okay. Issues like plumbing over flowing, had a hole in my new apartment for a month. AC would be very welcome. Parking is expensive, especially when compared to comparable apartment complexes and taking COVID into account and the fact that parking is abundant.
We know there is always room for improvement! Thank you for letting us know your worries so we can strive to be better in different ares. We strive to be the best, after all!
|Recommended: YesLove it — I would say it is a little dark and the internet is iffy but it is an awesome place to live.
We just replaced the optic fibers so the WIFi is top notch as of July 2020! I wish I could fix thee darkness problem, I heard lamps work well(;

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — I have lived here for over a year now and I love it. Its close to campus and right in the middle of things. The people that live at heritage are awesome and super friendly and always want to hangout and do fun things. Great place to live.

|Recommended: YesThe ONLY place I want to live during college — I came to Heritage to live with my sister because she loved it. I am so glad I did because this is the funnest location I can imagine. I love being so close to campus but more than that, I love the open and friendly atmosphere. This is such a social apartment complex. I have and will continue to recommend Heritage apartments to anyone who is looking to go to school in Rexburg.
