|Recommended: YesLove Heritage — I made some of my best friends here. It’s honestly the greatest place I have lived to date. The ward is amazing and friendly and the location is super convenient.

|Recommended: YesWell located and extremely maintained and managed properly — You have amazing managers, in-housing laundry, great wards and it's right off campus. You can only hear neighbors if they yell. The grounds are very well maintained. Wifi is amazing Hardly ever goes out, only once this past semester and that was the day after the power outage. There is a piano and workout room. I just love it, I will never move to another place.

We take pride in our tenants and those that live here. We can only be as awesome as the people who live here! You guys are what makes this place so great!
|Recommended: YesA good value and location — The managers are friendly and helpful, the people are generally great, the location is wonderful, and activities are fun. However, it is getting old, the parking spots are very small, and I've had a history of unnecessary white glove cleaning charges. But, overall, it is a great place to live.
Thanks for your feedback Cody. Nobody likes to get cleaning charges. This is why we started offering cleaning services every semester. You can leave your apartment in Excellent Clean Check condition for $30, or you can just pack up your stuff and leave and pay $70 for a White Glove cleaning. Hopefully that helps!
|Recommended: YesPerfect for me — You can tell its an old building. It was there when my mom went to Ricks College. But for it being that old its pretty nice and the location is perfect for anyone with a lot of classes in the Austin Building.

|Recommended: YesGreat — Living here is great. The people are so nice and so are the managers. I love how this complex is so close to campus. I I also love the things that the managers do for the tenants here. An example of that would be tenant week. The only thing I don’t like here is the wifi it is really slow.

|Recommended: YesThis is THE BEST place to live — I have been here for two semesters going on three and I love it here. The management is a huge plus they provide plenty of opportunities to socialize with other tenants. The ward is amazing, I. feel connected to everyone. You CAN NOT find a better location closer to campus. I have classes all. over campus and I can get to. them. all in a short walk. The best. roommates I could ask for. We all care about the apartment and take the time to make it feel. like home.

|Recommended: YesHeritage is AMAZING The environment is great, and there is always something to do. It's very close to campus, and has a big parking lot for the tenants. The housing managers Sydney and Ashley are so nice and plan super cool events for the tenants. HIGHLY recommend living at Heritage
