|Recommended: YesMy Review — I really like Heritage. It feels like I'm home and there's great space in the rooms and a good amount of amenities for tenants. I'm glad there are study rooms and gyms, but I would love one more of each. The parking lot is a disaster though. The spots are too small and there are definitely not enough for the amount of people living here. I'm glad there is street parking though, that is a step in the right direction. I wish the apartments had AC, but I'm here in the fall winter, so I don't mind a whole lot. But I like this place I'll stay here for a while.
|Recommended: YesReview — This is my first time up on campus and so far I have felt very welcomed. The staff was able to help get boxes from my car and were very friendly towards us. The building is in good condition and I can't wait to spend the semester here.

|Recommended: YesFirst Time — This is my first time staying here. Compared to some of the other apartment places I have friends at I would say this is a better apartment. Everyone is so nice and the apartments are great.
|Recommended: Yes4-5 Stars — The apartments are a little rough around the edges but the Staff and Management are flawless and are very pleasant and helpful.

|Recommended: NoStuff is just missing — So we're in an apartment with mostly freshmen, no one who is living here now has lived here before. When we came in, there was dried ramen on the kitchen counter, a used bar of soap that had melted into a piece of cardboard in the bathroom, and we didnt have a mail key. We still don't have a mail key 1 week later, and there hasnt been any word on when we'd be recieving one, at least not one that has held true so far. It seems like stuff that shouldve been taken care of over Summer break, and then just wasn't. I'm sure the staff was very busy getting all the rooms ready, but it feels almost lazy.
|Recommended: YesGood place to live — Good location and good people. Biggest complaint is that our washing machine has been clogged since we got here and we have put in multiple requests but no one has come to even look at it. Other than maintenance issues it’s been great.

|Recommended: YesGreat location and Home-like feel — Heritage is a great place to live. It is right next to campus and has at most a 10-minute walk to most buildings on campus. The apartments have a great home-like feel to them which makes living away from home a bit easier.
