|Recommended: YesAmazing — I wasn't expecting much out of the Heritage Apartments, but as I have lived here and been a part of the Community it has been really enjoyable. With a ping pong table and a common area for people to hangout is really nice to have and to meet people from the community.

|Recommended: YesFirst Review — The location of the apartments is amazing. The actual apartments themselves aren't too bad. Renovation on the carpets could be a good thing. Softer mattresses would also be appreciated

|Recommended: YesHertiage Review — I enjoy the extra shelving in the rooms and coat closet. I think that another fridge or freezer, mini even, would be a great boon. I like my roommates and the atmosphere. I wish there was better parking.

|Recommended: YesGeneral Review of Heritage — Great people and best location to the middle of campus. Staff are great but communication could improve about maintenance visits and reports. Also grounds are normally cleanly but sometimes are left a little disorganized.

|Recommended: NoExpensive but great. — Although, the place is great and overall grounds stay good. The pricing has become expensive more so than I feel like is necessary. I really wish the price on housing was less.
|Recommended: YesHeritage is Awesome — I’ve lived at Heritage since my first semester here at BYUI back in Fall 2018 and I have loved it I was only not here in Fall 2019 because I forgot to renew my contract , . But came back because I missed living here. Everything about Heritage is great. The place is very social and it’s so close to campus witch is awesome. The management is great as well as maintenance. So many amazing people live here as well and everyone is friendly Also the activities are such a blast tenant week is my favorite. There is so much more I could say but then this review would be extremely long. So long story short I’d definitely recommend to live here

|Recommended: YesGood place to live overall — I havent had a problem with parking yet and its pretty social here. Im excited for the ward, it seems like most people are involved and want to talk Since it is pretty social it is hard only having one couch and a chair for furniture in the front room. It would be better if there was two couches or another chair, etc. Overall, I would recommend, its also in a good location close to main campus.
