|Recommended: YesPros and Cons — Pros Amazing people and wards The location is one of the closest to campus. Maintenance is awesome. Trevor is quick and effective about fixing problems and finding solutions. They have a mini gym and a study room which is really great when you don't feel like going to campus to workout or study.
Cons Management was eh. They have a new manager which is good but stopped doing activities and other events. Parking is horrendous here. They recently repaved it, which was awesome but there is still not enough parking spots for everyone. Parking passes are way over priced. 70 bucks just to park my car in a tiny parking lot just to get it scratched and dented by other cars.
All in all, I would suggest this place because of the location and the people here. This place really do have some of the most amazing people I've met. If you don't mind mediocre apartments with sometimes loud neighbors then I would say this place is for you.
