|Recommended: YesHigh Cost, Low Quality, Good People — There are much nicer places that cost less. The People are Great Only one refrigerator. Gross couches, and janky appliances. My microwave would spark and cook unevenly. No AC. But, it is one of the most social places I have lived in,

|Recommended: YesNice people, nice place — It's hard to find spots, at the beginning of the semester there were no spots. The cars that were booted we're left there and took up several spots. After a while it got better but it was very stressful at the beginning of the year.
You're right! PARKING is the WORST here in Rexburg! I'm glad you got past the beginning semester!, hopefully your experience is easier now.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — So far, I love it I wish the apartments had two refrigerators and a larger parking lot, but everything else is great. I'm so glad that it is so close to the school, and the staff are amazing. Every Wednesday there's free food, and everyone here is so nice. The space itself is roomier than what I've been in and I enjoy the storage space.

|Recommended: YesLittle outdated, could use more amenities — It has an AMAZING social aspect and the people here are super nice and helpful. The major turn-offs for me are the fridge space, gym, and general aesthetic of some parts of the property. There is a lot of exterior rust on the metal braces holding the second-floor balcony to the concrete wall on the ground level, not too important, it just makes it look a little bit junky. There really needs to be two fridges in the apartments, it is very hard to navigate each individual's food because everything is just thrown into the fridge with no organization because there isn't the room. The gym is very minimal. There aren't even dumbells in it which seems kind of odd considering the price of living here. Other apartments have a full gym and hot-tub access for just a few hundred dollars more as well as larger rooms and kitchens with two fridges . I feel that a gym update would be a great investment for such a well-rounded apartment complex. Overall, I am generally satisfied with my choice to come here and I will be staying for the foreseeable future, it would be very nice to see some improvements to this great complex.

|Recommended: YesClean, chill and social — It is super close to campus and has a really good community feel. Parking passes are really hard to come by though.
I totally agree, parking is the worst here in Rexburg! But we do what we can to do our part and keep it organized for everyone. Still waiting for them to build me a magical parking garage(;
